T-Bill Rate Table of Changes
For those of you who need the T-Bill Rates to determine interest on judgments,
here they are. I was hoping to find them on the U.S. Treasury Department's home page,
but I couldn't. If anyone knows of an official site for the rates, please email me! These
rates are taken from the sheet supplied to the Clerk's Office by the A.O.
(Administrative Offices of the U.S. Courts) I
double checked the rates to make sure I don't have any typos, but again, I can't
guarantee the accuracy of the figures and am not responsible for any actions you
may take upon using this information.
However, I figure this is as accurate as calling the Clerk's Office and have someone look up
the rate for you. You stand as good a chance as having someone look it up incorrectly!
Just recently, someone out of CompuServe who was a former law clerk
at the Eastern District of Texas alerted me that there is actually a
number you can call for the current T-Bill rate. So, if you would
like to keep a running "tab" on your own, you can call 202-273-2168.
T-Bill Rates Go Back to 1985!
